When you submit an appointment request, quote request or contact message, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle information, preferred shop and any notes or photos you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, arrange service at the Smart Lube & Tire Service location you choose, and keep reasonable business records. We don't sell your information.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to the selected shop by email and/or a business messaging tool. Photos are attached to that delivery and aren't stored on this website.
Your location
The “Find closest to me” feature is optional. If you use it, your browser compares your position with our two shop locations on your device. Your location is not sent to us or stored. We remember the shop you pick for the rest of your browsing session only.
Maps
Maps are provided by Google and only load when you choose to view them (or on location pages). Google's privacy policy applies to that content.
